How to use

Scoop out a little toothpaste with a dry toothbrush, wet and brush. Rinse and spit till your mouth is clear. Use Soother as one part of a healthy mouth routine, alongside regular flossing or interdental brushes. Visit your dentist and hygienist regularly.
