1. Returning items

Online

Returning items bought online is not a problem. Just visit any of our stores for an exchange or refund. Please make sure to bring along your invoice. In store

All instore purchases can be returned to any of our Lush stores around the country within 15 days. We ask that you return the unused item along with any and all packaging as well as proof of purchase (for instore purchases this is your receipt). 

Refunds can be made via Card or Cash. However, card refunds can only be processed on the card used originally used to purchase the item. Please note that sometimes charges or exchanges in currencies may apply. We unfortunately cannot offer an in-store credit to be used at a later date.
